Gift cards come in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, and $250. Gift Cards are shipped with free Standard shipping (additional charge for Rush shipping).

Please note: Gift Cards without a PIN number can only be redeemed in our Boutiques.

Where can a Bare Escentuals Gift Card be used?

Bare Escentuals Gift Cards are redeemable on phone orders (call 888.795.4747), at BareEscentuals.com, or Bare Escentuals Boutiques.

How do I use my Bare Escentuals Gift Card online and for catalog orders?

You can use the Bare Escentuals Gift Card toward online purchases as well as catalog purchases. If your gift card has a PIN number, follow the four easy steps below. If your Gift Card does not have a PIN number, you can only redeem your Gift Card in Bare Escentuals Boutiques.

Four easy steps for using your Gift Card online:

Step 1: Place merchandise in your basket and proceed to checkout.

Step 2: Prepare your Gift Card by revealing the 4-digit PIN number on back of your card. Have your Gift Card ready with you during the checkout process. If your card does not have a PIN number, it can only be redeemed in Bare Escentuals Boutiques.

Step 3: On the Payment page of Checkout, under “Apply Gift Card Funds”, enter the Gift Card number (16 digit number located on the center back of the card) and the 4-digit Gift Card PIN number in the appropriate boxes.

Step 4: Hit the Continue button in lower right corner of the Payment page. You will see the Gift Card amount deducted from your total order on the Order Confirmation page.

For catalog phone orders:

Give your Gift Card and PIN number to the Customer Service representative during the billing step of the checkout process.

How do I check my Bare Escentuals Gift Card balance?

There are two easy ways to check your Gift Card balance online. First, mouse over the Gift Card button in the top right corner of every page to display the balance check field. Second, we’ve included a Gift Card Balance Check field in all of our product categories. If you are in a store, a Bare Escentuals representative can check the balance for you. At any time if you have a problem with your card call the toll free number printed on the back of your card.

How do I reload my Gift Card?

At this time, you cannot add funds to an existing Gift Card. Additional Gift Cards are available for purchase by going to a Bare Escentuals Boutique, BareEscentuals.com, or calling 888.795.4747.

Are there other Gift Card options?

At this time we only have a physical Gift Card available in our classic Bare Escentuals brown and pink design.

What is the Gift Card return and credit policy?

The Bare Escentuals Gift Card itself cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. (except for where required by law) If you would like to return an item that was purchased by a Bare Escentuals Gift Card, your refund will be credited to a Merchandise Credit Card.

Important details about your Bare Escentuals Gift Card.

These Gift Cards may be used for making purchases at any Bare Escentuals Boutique in the United States or on BareEscentuals.com. Gift Cards may be used multiple times. However, except as required by law, Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards cannot be replaced and except as required by law, unused Gift Cards are not refundable. To find out the balance on your Card, visit a Bare Escentuals Boutique or call us at 866.502.4832.

CARD DOES NOT EXPIRE IN CA, CT, FL, IL, ME, MN, MT, NC, NH, OR, RI, TN, AND WA. IN ALL OTHER STATES, CARD EXPIRES SEVEN YEARS FROM DATE OF ISSUANCE. Some states may require us to turn over funds from unused Gift Cards to that state as early as two or three years from purchase, to be held by the state in your name.

Currently, Bare Escentuals Gift Cards are only available for purchase and use within the United States.

What about shipping and tax?

Gift cards, when purchased, are exempt from tax and when only gift cards are purchased, they are shipped free Standard shipping. Gift cards can be shipped Rush, with a $15 Rush shipping charge. In the case of an order containing a gift card and product, the gift card amount does not count toward the Shipping & Handling total.
