Our Return Policy
If for some reason you find your merchandise less than extraordinary, you have 30 days from the purchase date to receive a full refund when your return is accompanied by your receipt.
You may return your purchase in person to any Bare Escentuals boutique. Bring your packing slip to receive a refund. Returns without your packing slip will receive store credit or merchandise exchange.

Or, if you prefer, send your return back to us. Be sure to include the packing slip for a full refund to the credit card you used to place your order.
